Although I have been eco-conscious for the past 38 years with purpose, we ache for more proactive measures by many more citizens in North America and throughout the world. Many countries have already met clean air standards but most have not budged or come close.
It is our responsibility to educate ourselves. Awareness + acceptance should lead to action. There are so very many action items we can do to improve the health of our environment that do not CO$T us. If you are at all cognizant of the climate change and resulting damage to our environment, please ‘Google’ how to be green and you will be inundated with solutions.
Easier yet is simply making time to sit down and list your habits. It will enlighten your awareness of how you can immediately become an eco steward. Consider your water, energy and transportation use along with your eating habits. Yes, virtually all actions we take can be controlled to create efficiency, reduce expenses and reverse the destruction rate of our environment today. AKA conservation and sustainability.
Adapting our attitude and challenging ourselves to save both natural resources and our money is a very good thing. Why is it then, most people simply don’t adjust the attitude to be one of supporting the environment while improving their future? Could it be fear, laziness or making a choice to not give anything up, aka greed and ignorance?
When we spend more time respecting the welfare of our planet and others first, it ‘automagically’ improves our economy. The Tree of Life

Tiferet is a Hebrew word referring to one of 10 sefirot, or attributes of G-d, on the Tree of Life. Its meaning can be truth, compassion, beauty, splendor. It’s also the spot on the Tree where the spiritual and physical, or upper and lower, worlds meet.

The Tree of Life is inside each of us and must be balanced if we’re to achieve health and alignment. The sefirot can be balanced inside us, for instance by making sure an individual’s tendency toward victory is balanced with his or her tendency toward surrender.

Relationships, to the many selves inside us and to other people, are key.

When Christ Appears

In my 30’s living a life of despair, consumed in alcohol, living in a rented room with mattress and box spring on the floor, I began reading A Course in Miracles. Reading, yet not fully understanding, hope began to glimmer through. One night as I pondered my, Christ appeared showering me with indescribable love. I wondered ”How can you love me? Can’t you see who I am and what I do?” It was a thought and immediately Christ’s thoughts were in my mind “I can see nothing that is not lovable”. That was a revelation and has become my life’s work to realize and now work with clients through my healing practice. At the root of all ills, stress and dis-ease is this same quandary.

I have long worked with Mary, watching her make progress in lifting the veils of false beliefs and self punishment. Last week Mary came, she felt like “the sky is falling”, in panic and angst. We tapped on her energy meridians to clear the emotional distress and then on the massage table doing Reiki she had a vision of Christ showering her with love. After the session Mary was filled with compassion for herself and those directly related to her early upset.
